Where are you located?

I'm proudly based in sunny Southern California, in the heart of Eastvale! All of my magnets are made with Cali's good vibes, bringing a little SoCal sunshine to each order I ship out!

Are you a small or family-owned business?

Yes! My Story Magnets is a small, family-run business, and I pour my heart into every order. From production to shipping, everything is done with care and a personal touch. When you shop with me, you're supporting my story, and I'm so grateful to you for that!

Do you have a physical store front?

My Story Magnets is an online based business. This allows me to focus on creating high-quality custom magnets and getting them shipped straight to your door no matter where you are!

Do you sell at local markets or events?

Product & Customization

Will I get to see a proof before my magnets are made?

Absolutely! The photo uploading process is super simple! You'll be able to crop and preview your image on the spot before you submit your order. What you see is exactly how your magnets will look!

What size magnets do you offer?

Currently I offer 2"x 2" and 2.25" button magnets, as well as, 2"x 2" and 3"x 3" vinyl magnets. All are perfect for showing off your favorite stories in a fun and compact size!

What kind of photos work best for custom magnets?

Bright, high quality photos with good lighting and clear subjects work best. Close up shots, especially of faces or details, tend to look great on the small size. Make sure the photo isn't too dark or blurry, and try to avoid screenshots or heavily filtered images for the best results.

What materials are your magnets made of?

I use high-quality materials to ensure your magnets look great and last.

Button Magnets: Your photo is printed on premium matte photo paper using a protective mylar layer, pressed onto a sturdy metal backing, and finished with a strong adhesive magnet.

Vinyl Magnets: Your photo is printed on high quality, water-resistant luster photo paper with vibrant inkjet inks, then mounted on a durable adhesive magnet.

Both styles are crafted with care to deliver a crisp, professional look you'll be proud to display!

Are your magnets waterproof or weather-resistant?

Yes! Our magnets are designed to be durable and weather-resistant. Whether they're displayed on your fridge or gifted as keepsakes, they are made to last!

Ordering

How do I place an order?

Ordering is simple and easy! Just upload your photos, crop, and position them exactly how you want, add your magnets to the cart, and complete your payment. I'll take it from there! Sit back and relax while I bring your custom magnets to life.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because our products are custom made, we start working on your order quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. If you need to make a change please, contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to help before production begins!

Do you offer bulk ordering?

Yes! If you're interested in larger quantities than you see available here, I'd love to work with you. Just reach out to me with the details, and I'll be happy to provide a custom quote.

Do you accept custom orders for events like weddings or corporate gifts?

Absolutely! I love creating custom magnets for special events like weddings, baby showers, corporate gifts, and more. Just send me a message with the details, and I'll work with you to create something truly memorable!

Shipping

How long does it take to get my magnets?

I do my best to get your order out quickly! Magnets typically ship 2-3 days after your order is placed. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days within the continental U.S. and up to 7 business days for Alaska or Hawaii. I ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the order. Please note that shipping times may be longer during the holiday season.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! Expedited shipping is available and can be selected during checkout. If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to email me at hello@mystorymagnets.com. I'm always happy to see if I can accommodate your timeframe!

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door. If you don't see the tracking email, please check your spam folder, or feel free to reach out and I'll be happy to help.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, first check your tracking information (sent by email when your order shipped) for any updates. Sometimes carriers experience delays, especially during busy seasons.

If your tracking hasn't updated or it looks like your package might be lost, please reach out to me. I am happy to look into it and help make it right!

Do you ship internationally?

At this time I do not offer international shipping. I hope to expand in the future, so stay tuned!

Customer Service

What is your return policy?

Because each product is custom made just for you, I am unable to accept returns. I take great care in creating every order, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to me right away. I am committed to making it right and will work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Can I reorder a previous design?

Yes! I keep customer design files on hand for a set period of time to make reordering easy:

• Personal/custom orders: files are stored for up to 12 months from your original order date.
• Bulk or business orders: files are stored for up to 24 months to accommodate recurring needs.

Just reach out with your previous order details within the above time frames, and I’ll be happy to recreate it for you.

Files are cleared from storage after that time to keep things organized and secure, unless a longer retention period has been previously agreed upon. If you’d like to reorder beyond that window, you can simply upload your photos again, and I’ll happily recreate your magnets.

What happens if there's a mistake on my order?

I want you to love your magnets! If there's a mistake with your order, whether it's a print issue, the wrong item, or damage during shipping, please contact me right away. I'm committed to making it right and will work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
