Hi! I’m Brianna- California native, travel enthusiast, graphic designer, and storyteller at heart. I’m also a wife to my childhood sweetheart, mom to an energetic preteen, and dog mom to two excitable golden retrievers. Life is beautifully full and I believe the stories that make it full deserve to be seen, celebrated, and shared!
A Lifelong Love of Storytelling
Throughout my life, I've always gravitated to the role of historian. I come from a long line of storytellers, so storytelling is where my heart lives! With a background in psychology, I believe that stories are what connects us as humans.
Over the years I've told stories through many forms — photo albums, scrapbooks, family films, and home decor. But no matter the method, my intention has always been the same; to preserve the moments and stories that shape who we are.
2016
In 2016 I fell in love with fridge photo magnets! As a homeowner, I’m always looking for creative ways to bring our stories into the heart of our home, and magnets felt like art with a purpose. But when the company I ordered them from closed and my magnets started falling apart, I was left searching for something better.
2020
In 2020, amidst global uncertainty, I found myself craving comfort and connection, so I turned to storytelling, transforming our stairwell into a "memory lane" by printing and displaying hundreds of our photos. Seeing those photos everyday became more than memories; they were reminders of who I was and what mattered.
2023
In 2023, I experienced loss that changed me. My photos once again became a sanctuary of comfort, and in revisiting them, I was reminded of how powerful printed photos can be, not just as a decoration, but as a way of reconnecting with our stories.
So I began dreaming up the idea of creating a MAGNET photo wall. Through that project, I created the high-quality, lasting magnets I had been searching for since 2016.
That experience became the spark behind My Story Magnets — a way to help others honor their own stories in a meaningful and lasting way.
2025
In 2025, My Story Magnets officially opened its doors, built on nearly a decade of dreaming, creating, and perfecting an idea. What began as a personal search for better photo magnets has grown into something far more meaningful— creating spaces where memories can be seen, shared, and revisited everyday, whether on a fridge, a magnet board, or even an entire wall!
